Try our tasty smoked trout, firm textured and flavoursome from the nearby Wincle Trout farm. Lorne Chadwick does a fantastic job nurturing the fish for 12 months in the waters from the River Dane and when ready they are then gently smoked and then the trout fillets is vacuum packed to retain the delicious subtle flavour of the unique curing and smoking process. This is simply the most tasty smoked fish I have ever tried and in my opinion better than Smoked Salmon, it is a must try! See the Recipe on the Recipe Page
