Leek Brewery generally have at least eight beers available at any one time, plus the odd special brew. All their beers are naturally bottle conditioned, and are suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Real Ale is a living product and the characteristic sparkle and sediment are produced naturally by the yeast in the bottle. To enjoy their beer at its best, store upright, serve cool & pour with care.
Head Brewer Jamie with assistant Simon brew these wonderful range of Ales along with occasional Fruit Beers, including peach, strawberry and ginger.

Bollington Brewery: The Vale Inn, on Adlington Road, launched its own beer making company, almost 80 years after ale production ceased in the town at the Heavers Brothers' site on Dyers Close. With just 150ft between the Bollington Brewery Company's base and the Vale Inn, landlord and chief brewer Lee Wainwright, 35, said "It was by chance that I met a former brewery owner at the Stowmarket beer festival and managed to get hold of an appropriate kit. The water in Bollington tends to be good for brewing and the yeast we have is originally from Edinburgh and is of high quality."
The brewing kit itself is currently a four-barrel plant, producing 16 casks if brewing takes place weekly - and there is capacity to increase to 60 casks each week. Lee's brother Kym, 30, of Pott Shrigley, has been his right hand man in creating the tasty beverage.

Cheshire Smokehouse - The smokehouse is an oasis of quaility and service in a world of blandness and uniformity. What really makes the smokehouse different is that most of the products you see and eat, are made right on the premises, with all the expertise and attention to detail you'd expect. In recent years it has earned a national reputaion for the quality of its range of fine foods and won a series of prizes and accolades to match. |

Danebridge Fisheries - For the keen fisherman or for families, Danebridge Fisheries is a great place to visit. You can fish in the well-stocked pool, catch your own supper or feed the trout (food supplied). Beautifully situated on the banks of the Dane next to Dane Bridge, the trout farm is also a great place to set out from for a walk along the river bank. They are specialists in fresh rainbow trout which you can buy on site. Plus the kids can catch their own tea rods provided. They can even have a "Fishing Birthday Party" sounds great fun! There is also a nature trail and picnic area. It is a family run business headed by Lorne Chadwick who is extremely helpful and knowledgable. The fish tastes simply fantastic and the smoked whole trout is divine and my favourite.
